It started with a simple problem.
Life gets hectic
Long days, busy weeks. Your good intentions to cook take a back seat and dinner becomes something you just need to get through.
so you compromise
Something quick. Something easy. But it’s usually beige, heavily processed, and not something you actually feel good about eating.
but it's not the same
It fills a gap, but it doesn’t satisfy. Lacking balance, low in fibre, and you feel it afterwards.

So I started making something better.
Proper meals you can keep in the freezer. Something you can rely on when the day gets away from you - without feeling like you're cutting corners.

Why it works.
Because it removes a problem that keeps coming back. You don’t need to plan perfectly. You don’t need to cook every night.
You just need a few good meals on hand.
Meals built the way you would cook at home.
slow-cooked
bases
Vegetables, beans, pulses and herbs. Cooked low and slow, that's what gives each meal it's rich, savoury depth.
real
ingredients
Each dish is one you would happily cook at home from scratch, if you had the time.
no
shortcuts
No fillers, no artificial ingredients. Just proper food, that feels good to eat.

Cooked in Wicklow.
Our meals are cooked in small batches in a certified commercial kitchen, right here in Wicklow.
It's hands-on, local and deliberately small in scale.
No factory processing, no overcomplications and never any ingredients you wouldn't recognise.
Just consistent, reliable meals you can trust.

How people tend to use it.
Our goal isn’t to replace cooking. And it’s not for you to eat PACKED every day.
It’s something simpler than that. To have a few meals in the freezer —
and know that something delicious, nourishing, and reliable is there when you need it.
When the day gets away from you. Or the week does.
And dinner still needs to happen.
